The Zagorodny Kvartal (“Suburban District”) builder, LLC Sheremetievo 4, has settled the issue of project financing and reached amicable settlement agreement with one of the general contractors, RD Construction.

Today, most large developers insure their risks, thus minimizing the risks to which buyers of the residential space may be exposed.

The RDI company, which was permitted to manage the Zagorodny Kvartal (“Suburban District”) construction project in early September 2015, has resumed construction and assembly work in Zagorodny Kvartal.
