RDI announces a special offer aimed at providing support to mothers who want to improve their housing conditions.
Special offers will be valid at the time of signature of the agreement of participation in the preconstruction development of the apartment block built within the residential cluster Novo-Molokovo.
The organizer of the special offer is Residential cluster Molokovo Ltd.
The special offer will be available from 01 April, 2014 to 30 April, 2014.
Upon signature of the agreement of participation in the preconstruction development of the apartment block built within the residential cluster Novo-Molokovo, families holding a multiple-child allowance certificate who wish to spend it on the improvement of their housing conditions with the help of the mortgage, will be granted a discount for the purchase of an apartment of 75,000 roubles.
Upon signature of the agreement of participation in the preconstruction development of the apartment block built within the residential cluster Novo-Molokovo, families with children at the age below and up to 18, who buy an apartment with a mortgage credit, will be granted a single discount by the Organizer at the rate of 2% of the cost of the apartment.
The campaign may be terminated by the Organizer on an early basis. The offer is limited. This is not a public offer.
The discounts will be granted on a one-off basis, and will not be totalled if the participant of the predevelopment construction has several entitlements to discounts.
The participant of the special offer will be granted the discount at the time of signature of the agreement of participation in the preconstruction development.
The price of the agreement of participation in the preconstruction development shall be determined subject to the discount granted.
