Sberbank of Russia opened for RDI a non-revolving line of credit to finance the construction of stage 3 of the Residential suburb Yuzhnaya Dolina located 9 km away from Moscow along the Kashirskoye highway. The total amount of credit comprises 2.8 bln rubles. Investment volume– around 4 bln rub., while the total volume of investments in Yuzhnaya Dolina suburb will amount to over 16 bln rub.

Interest rates for real estate loans for this project start at 12.5% in rubles, with a minimum down payment of 10% of the apartment price. Maximum loan term – 30 years.
