Large-scale project on “Country Quarter” housing complex building in Khimki was virtually frozen for more than six months.
Russian company RDI, being one of the project co-investors, obtained an opportunity for its management and intends to recover it from the difficult situation.
Dmitriy Vlasov, RDI commercial director:
“In my opinion, “Country Quarter” project holds promise and has a great development potential. This complex has favourable location of just 8 km to Moscow ring highway and perfect transport accessibility. The project is large-scale one, being a small town with low- and mid-rise buildings and infrastructure facilities. We are planning to build six construction stages”.
Installation and construction works will commence in early September 2015.
