RDI plans to develop its projects, so it actively communicates not only with customers but with residents of completed sites as well. New services are developed for them which take into account new residents’ feedback.
To improve the quality of interaction between the developer and the residents RDI analysts carried out a research which involved 160 respondents from Novo-Molokovo residing in buildings 7-9.
Residents’ feedback provided in the course of the survey will be taken into consideration for future operation of RDI.
