On August 26, a press tour took place on the territory of “Novo-Molokovo” residential compound. Invited reporters were shown a residential compound consisting of low-and middle-rise building located 9 km away from Moscow Ring Road on Kashirskoye shosse. The total area of land on which the residential compound is being erected exceeds 35 hectares. 13 buildings will be built yhere in the neighborhood with a total area exceeding 330 thousand square meters designed for 5,000 apartments. The total investment in this project is more than USD 400 million.
The facility tour was managed by Dmitry Vlasov, RDI’s Sales Director accompanied by sales office staff. During the tour, the reporters were demonstrated buildings which had been recently put into operation and possible design solutions in interior design. Reporters noted a convenient location and easy transport accessibility, as well as an attractive “price-to-quality” ratio of the newly input objects.
As Dmitry Vlasov, RDI’s Sales Director, noted at the press conference, “notwithstanding that in the second quarter 2014 Leninsky district is among the top three in terms of housing construction in the Moscow region and the buyers have a wide enough selection, “Novo–Molokovo” is one of the first in the number and rate of sales in the local market.”
The project’s construction is divided into 5 phases, the last of which to be completed in 2017. By this time, the compound will comprise a lot of infrastructure projects. In particular, the shopping and entertainment center, a health center (polyclinic), a school (for over 800 students), two kindergartens (for 260 children), one of which will house a swimming pool.
