The innovative after-sale customer service offer — City Service Office (CSO) has been tested successfully.
Journalists were the first to be offered the opportunity to test the new unique service developed by RDI for the convenience of its clients.
Journalists and the representatives of the media community praised the Internet portal that had been presented to them and noted its user-friendliness and high quality of content.
Mark Sherman, the Chairman of RPRA (Russian Public Relations Association) said:
“In my opinion, this portal has every chance not only to become a forum for the residents where they will be able to get answers to their questions from the developer, the managing and the service companies, but it will also fulfill the function of control of the quality of provided services, which is quite rare today. Creation of the City Service Office is a bold step made by RDI to reach out to its clients”.

Within the framework if implementation of the strategy “Stay involved” RDI seeks to create living spaces that fully meet the needs of a contemporary city dweller. The company’s innovative CSO service (www.sgs.rdi.ru) has become another step towards achievement of this goal.
So far, the portal has been launched for the housing cluster Novo-Molokovo, but already in the nearest future it is bound to encompass other RDI’s projects.
