In early June, permission was received for commissioning the first stage of a development project, consisting of 79 move-in ready terraced houses. Altogether, the project is divided in four stages and provides for construction of a modern residential complex with innovative architecture in an area of 87.7 hectares, using state-of-the-art building technology. Its completion is planned for 2016. Total investments in the project are estimated at US $300 million.
Altogether, planned for construction in the Yuzhnaya Dolina architectural suburb are 130 cottages with an area from 150 to 300 square metres on plots of land from 500 to 2,000 square metres and 750 terraced houses with an area from 90 до 180 square metres on plots of land from 100 до 400 square metres.
The project concept offers a wide choice of real property – from flats in low-rise buildings to terraced houses, to cottages. One of the main advantages of Yuzhnaya Dolina is its location – a mere nine-kilometre drive from the Moscow Ring Motor Road (MKAD) down Kashirskoye Highway.
According to Dmitry Vlasov, RDI Commercial Director, “it is precisely such areas and formats that buyers are particularly looking for nowadays. Analysing consumer preferences, we have come to the conclusion that the modern buyer is more interested in a suburb format combining various types of affordable high-quality housing with a high technology content and dynamic architecture which, in turn, generates higher demand. In mid June, we commissioned the first stage of Yuzhnaya Dolina and its first inhabitants are already moving in. At the same time, construction of the second stage of the project is under way.”
